About Me
Galareh walks, dances, swims, sings and plays
between realms, dimensions and worlds.
Her own personal and professional ownership of her healing journey from intergenerational and developmental Big T and Small T Traumas and addiction began in her mid twenties. She has experienced utilized and practiced Trauma informed medicine, depth & humanistic psychology, and shadow work since 2012. Spending over 20 years of her professional life experience within the Western Allopathic medical framework among various capacities and specialties. Continuing her education and graduating with an Honors Diploma and gaining 5 years of experience as a Nurse working in Older Adult Complex Care, Neurosciences, Post-Surgical, Acute Care, Dementia Care, Palliative/EOL and Mental Health within hospital, institutional and Primary/Secondary healthcare environments.
Her ascension journey peaked in 2017 after a 5 day hike and soul pilgrimage upon the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Receiving further clarity, confirmation, support and a broadened perspective that guided her towards learning various Alternative and Eastern Health+Wellness principles and medicine. This in turn allowed for personal and professional medical freedom, liberation and autonomy.
She then began to offer her personal and professional skills within community and private homecare settings to privileged as well as marginalized demographics. Usui Reiki Master trained since 2018 and incorporating various Ancient Eastern, Metaphysical, PsychoSpiritual, Ancestral and Esoteric tools in her care plans. Becoming an Independent Holistic Practitioner and entrepreneur in 2019 allowed for further sovereignty and empowerment to bloom and flourish.
Respecting Body-Mind-Spirit & Soul principles, ideologies and sacred ancient wisdom and knowledge with loving respect and awareness. Consciously maintaining her internal and external ecosystem with balance and harmony. Unifying herself with her inner child, her higher self, her physical vessel and with nature. I had the pleasure of attending Galarehs Reiki 1 & Beyond training yesterday and all I can say is WOW! I already have my reiki 1 and 2 but after witnessing her offering reiki in a group workshop, I knew there was so much more I could learn from her.
She teaches so many practical tips for really enhancing your reiki practice and you also get to learn acupressure points and how to use touch and pressure to further support energetic, emotional, and physical releases. Her training is so comprehensive and thorough, and she is a natural teacher, and the time went by so fast. You can also tell she really walks the walk of her teachings because as soon as you are near her, you feel deep positive and uplifting energy radiating out of her!
Gal is a gifted reiki master and a blessing to all her get to cross her path. And if you get the chance to get your reiki certifications with her (even if you already have them), I highly recommend you do so!

Gal is a very intuitive, sensitive healer. She incorporated many facets into her treatment: intuitive tarot, energy work, supportive touch, that made me feel seen and held. She held the space in a calm, wise and powerful way.

I was part of Galareh’s Reiki I Certification “Usui Tradition of Natural Healing & Beyond” and I can only say that I absolutely loved it.
She is a natural and amazing teacher and was really passionate about sharing her vast knowledge with us. She answered any questions we had with devotion and patience and also dedicated a lot of time to the practical aspects, so we were able to practice what we had learned during the course.
The space was set up beautifully and I felt comfortable and surrounded by positive energy from the very first moment I entered.

How do I put into words, an experience that transcends time and space? Galareh explained in detail the practice and possible outcomes of the Breathwork experience. By the time I was ready to begin, she had answered all my questions and concerns, which allowed me to find myself quickly in an altered state. Knowing Gal was there and guiding me through the breath, I was able to really let go and see what the experience had for me. I experienced something so beautiful I could feel myself crying. I think with other people I may have judged myself for how my hands moved or face looked while I cried. But I really felt safe and respected to fully experience what was for me that day. It was challenging and exhausting to get there. It was big, profound, exhilarating, blissful, and monumentally liberating. I felt like my soul found its way back to my body. I’d love others to experience this in the safe and knowledgeable guidance of Galareh.

I have been in Galarehs Reiki 1 & Beyond training and I highly recommend that you take this course if you are seeking a thorough and deep overview of reiki. Galareh has created content that covers much more than what you would expect from a Reiki 1 certification which allows you to feel empowered and confident at the end of the course.
The practical section of the training is hands-on teaching filled with tips and tricks that really help you to build a session for clients. She is gifted in her way of passing the knowledge to the students, even if you have never done hands-on care, you will feel comfortable and confident in doing so.
Galareh is highly experienced, passionate and generous with sharing her vast knowledge. Her explanations are easy to understand and her knowledge comes from various sources and lineages of reiki which makes it a really enriching experience on the personal and professional level.
